Do you offer individual leases & co-living?

​We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.

Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?

​Currently we are not participating in the Section 8 program or any other housing voucher program. You are more than welcome to tour our community and complete an application if you feel you meet the community's resident qualifications. 

Are utilities included?

​Residents will need to setup electricity in their name. 

Is renter's insurance required?

​Renter's Liability Insurance is required and all of our residents are pre-approved for insurance coverage through our preferred insurance provider, Homebody. Contact the office for details.

Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?

​Our residents like to know who their neighbors are, so short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO are not allowed.

What is the smoking policy?

​We are a non-smoking community.

Do you allow pets? What is the pet policy?

​We are a dog and cat-friendly community that offers a dog park and pet spa. Please speak to one of our team members for more details.

Do the apartments have air conditioning?

​We have energy-efficient air conditioning and heating controlled by smart thermostats. 

Is there a bathtub or just a shower?

​Apartments feature a space-saving tub/shower combo. 

Are washers and dryers included in all apartment homes?

​Yes.

What does your appliance package include?

​Our energy-efficient stainless steel appliance package includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, built-in microwave, garbage disposal, and self-cleaning ovens with ceramic glass cooktops.
