For visitors, guest parking is available off 14th Street in front of the leasing office, as well as on the first floor of the parking garage near the glass double doors. Please look for spaces marked "Future Resident" when parking in the garage. Resident parking is on the upper floors of the parking garage, accessed by a high-speed gate and works on a first-come, first-served basis—unless you choose to rent a reserved space. Because parking is limited, we allow up to one vehicle per leaseholder and no more than two per apartment. Please note that unreserved spaces are not guaranteed. We do offer EV charging for residents with electric vehicles. These spaces are fee-based, may be reserved, and come with usage guidelines. We love our fur babies and they love The Emory! Our dog spa has washing & drying stations and our dog run has a pet waste station to keep them clean and beautiful. We're happy to welcome your paws & purrs to their new home, too!
Our community uses PetScreening, an independent, third-party vendor, to screen all animals at the community. All current and future residents are required to create a PetScreening.com profile, even if you do not have an animal in your apartment (simply select “No Pet/No Animal”).
