Floor Plans

Floor Plans:  Floor plans are artistic renderings. Features, dimensions, layout, and location of individual apartment homes may vary. Floor plans, pricing, and availability are subject to error, change, deletion, and community approval.

Rental Rate Quote:  Rental rate ranges may include the lowest priced home in a selected floor plan grouping. A rental rate quote for a specific home will need to be generated. A rental quote is not a lease and does not guarantee you will be able to rent the apartment or that it will remain available. Rental quotes must be dated and generated from the software system. Rates may change daily based upon each home's unique features, availability, move-in date, and lease term. There may be other monthly charges described in the lease contract, such as floor premium, pool view, utilities, and renters’ liability insurance. The rental rate quote is guaranteed for two (2) business days. If the quote expires or you make changes to the move-in/move-out dates or home selected, a new quote must be generated which may result in a different monthly rental rate.

Application for Residency:  The Resident Qualifications Acknowledgement explains what is required to qualify for residency. The application process takes several days to complete. After you submit your application, the apartment you selected can be reserved for up to 3 days. During this courtesy hold, you must send us the required documents so we can process your application. If we do not receive these documents or are unable to verify them within 2 days, the apartment will no longer be reserved for you and your application may be considered to be withdrawn. ApproveShield is our screening provider. Falsifying documents or identity is a criminal offense. We cooperate with local, state, and federal agencies in their investigations.
